Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DripPicks. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in full, together with our Terms of Service.

1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

DripPicks sells digital products only. Our products consist of instantly delivered digital content, including supplier access, contacts, lists, guides, and related informational materials.

Due to the instant, irreversible, and informational nature of digital content, all sales are final, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, credits, or partial refunds except where required by applicable law.

This applies, without limitation, to:

• Change of mind after purchase;
• Failure to read or understand the product description;
• Dissatisfaction with the contents of the product;
• Lack of expected results, profit, sales, or business outcomes;
• Business losses, marketplace bans, or payment-processor issues;
• Misunderstanding of what is included in the product;
• Inability to use, view, or apply the information provided;
• A third-party supplier going out of business, raising prices, becoming unresponsive, or refusing to accept your order;
• User-side technical issues involving devices, browsers, email, networks, or spam filtering;
• Any other reason that does not give rise to a refund right under applicable law.

The value of the product is intended to be delivered when access is provisioned. However, nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights or remedies that may apply if digital content is not supplied, is faulty, or does not conform to the applicable contract.

2. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal — Express Consent

Under EU consumer law, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, subject to applicable exceptions.

Pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as implemented in applicable national law, the right of withdrawal may be lost for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once performance begins, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and the other applicable legal requirements have been met.

Where the relevant requirements apply, by ticking the consent box at checkout and completing your purchase, you:

• Expressly request that delivery of the digital content begin immediately, before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period;
• Expressly acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance begins, where permitted by applicable law;
• Confirm that you were informed of this consequence before completing your purchase.

Where the applicable legal requirements have been satisfied and the right of withdrawal has been lost, a change of mind alone does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.

3. Delivery

Access to the product is delivered by a separate email sent to the email address provided at checkout, shortly after payment is confirmed.

We aim to deliver access promptly after payment. Delivery is considered initiated when we send the access email, but the legal consequences of delivery and the commencement of performance depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to:

• Provide a correct and active email address at checkout;
• Check spam, junk, and promotion folders;
• Check whether email filters are blocking our messages;
• Use an email provider that accepts incoming messages;
• Follow the access instructions contained in the email.

If you cannot locate your access email, please contact us so we can investigate and help restore access where possible. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical error on our side prevents you from accessing the product, please contact us as soon as possible at Dripm35@gmail.com, preferably within 48 hours of purchase.

We will investigate the issue and work to restore your access or provide a working replacement where appropriate.

Where applicable law requires a refund or another remedy because the product has not been supplied or does not conform to the contract, we will comply with those legal requirements.

Issues caused by incorrect customer information, spam filtering, device incompatibility, network restrictions, or failure to follow access instructions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. This does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at Dripm35@gmail.com so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.

We may respond to payment disputes using relevant records, such as order details, delivery logs, checkout consent records, and access activity, where lawfully collected and used.

Submitting a payment dispute does not automatically constitute fraud or a breach of these terms. Customers retain any rights they have under applicable law and the rules of their payment provider.

Where a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to pursue remedies available under applicable law. Any recovery of disputed amounts, fees, or other costs will be subject to applicable law and the relevant agreement.

6. Customer Responsibility

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for:

• Reading the product description carefully;
• Understanding what is included in the product;
• Asking questions before purchasing if anything is unclear;
• Confirming that the product is suitable for their intended use.

Purchasing without reading or fully understanding the product description does not, by itself, establish an entitlement to a refund. However, this provision does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law.
